Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, N-Level, or healthcare support certificate.
• Prior experience in a specialist clinic preferred.
• Comfortable operating basic clinical equipment and data entry in clinic systems.
• Excellent written communication for WhatsApp interactions.
• Willingness to check messages outside standard hours.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and infection control.
• Open to fully funded upskilling courses.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, verify identity, and update medical records.
• Manage appointment slots, register new patients, and handle billing and insurance claims.
• Prep consultation rooms, ensuring cleanliness and stock.
• Operate uroflowmetry machine and guide patients through the procedure.
• Label and dispense medications under specialist supervision.
• Serve as primary contact via phone and WhatsApp for bookings and inquiries.
• Respond to patient WhatsApp inquiries after hours to manage urgent bookings.
