Job summary

Foodies in Auckland is seeking a project coordination professional for a fixed-term role of about 10 months, to support an exciting store project execution. You will work in a small team with direct influence on how customers experience our stores, focusing on spaces, ranges and merchandising initiatives.

You’ll bring project management or coordination experience, an eye for detail, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or coordination roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects within the Space & Range Team.
• Manage project plans, actions, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Support trial stores, space planning initiatives and improvement programmes.
• Prepare reporting, presentations and project documentation.
• Work across Merchandising, Stores, Property and IT teams.
• Drive projects from concept through to successful implementation.
