Job summary
Fidelity Life in Auckland is seeking a Solutions Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity. Reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will deliver adviser and partner-focused solutions, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and leverage technology to provide business consultancy and competency development.
Key duties include leading the Adviser Edge programme lifecycle, shaping Career Connect, coordinating adviser accreditation training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 preferred.
- Related tertiary or professional qualification in financial services, learning and development, business or a related discipline is desirable.
- Experience in learning and development, programme delivery or adviser education is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support the Solutions team in delivering the full lifecycle of the Adviser Edge programme, including design, platform development, onboarding and engagement.
- Own and shape the Career Connect programme to grow adviser talent.
- Support adviser accreditation training, onboarding for new advisers, and annual accreditation processes.
- Develop and deliver clear learning modules aligned to product enhancements and priorities.
- Use strong presentation skills to deliver online and in-person training for advisers.
- Manage the learning and development platform to provide a user-friendly learning experience for advisers.
