Endless Energy in Takapuna, Auckland, is seeking a Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. This full-time role combines in-office collaboration with field-based client engagement to drive solar adoption across New Zealand.

You will identify prospects, conduct consultations, present tailored solar solutions, and manage the sales process from quotes to close, while working with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a consultative sales role (renewable energy preferred).
• Proven ability to engage diverse customer groups and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential solar customers via calls, emails, and outreach.
• Consult residential and commercial clients to assess energy needs and budgets.
• Present tailored solar solutions and financing options to prospects.
• Manage sales pipeline with CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Stay informed on solar tech, incentives, and market trends.
