Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Ability to follow up and close sales opportunities.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new solar enquiries by phone and email and convert them into quotes and sales.
• Manage customers from initial enquiry through installation, coordinating installers and deliveries.
• Keep CRM, quotes, orders, and customer information accurate and up to date.
