• You apply analytical thinking and sound judgement, balancing quality, risk, and delivery outcomes to solve problems effectively.

AI‑Assisted Engineering & Productivity

• Use AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring, and documentation, while remaining fully accountable for the correctness, security, and maintainability of all delivered work.

• Apply prompt engineering and AI‑augmented workflows to integration design, code review, and troubleshooting, critically validating AI‑generated output against business requirements and engineering standards before it is used.

• Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI tooling and automation into the team’s delivery practices to improve throughput, consistency, and quality.
