About the role:

We are looking for 4 final year undergrads or recent graduates to join our team as a Software Engineer Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the software development field. As an intern, you will work closely with our engineering team, learning the fundamentals of software development in a supportive and collaborative environment and gain hands‑on experience with the technologies shaping modern software — from TypeScript, React, and Node.js to AI tools and the cloud.

To be eligible for this role you must:

• Have completed study (within the last 12 months) or be currently studying Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Be studying at NZQA qualification level 6-10
• Have not previously been employed by Aderant in a FT position
• Have not undertaken more than 2 pervious internships at Aderant

The pay rate for this role is $29.90 per hour for the duration of the internship.

• Interest in cloud computing (AWS or Azure) and AI.
• Exposure to other technologies (like .NET or Python) is a plus but not required.
• A curious mindset, good communication, and teamwork skills.
