Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a software engineer with 2–3 years of experience to analyze requirements and design robust software architectures. You will develop .NET/C# code, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and deploy Azure resources using IaC tools.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of software development experience.

Job description

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in software development
• Tertiary qualifications in computer science, IT, or engineering with a computing science major
• Proficiency in .NET development, with C# preferred
• Solid understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience with relational SQL databases, including query writing, schema design, and performance considerations
• Hands-on Docker containerisation experience, including building, running, and troubleshooting container workloads
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, including basic administration and scripting
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles
• Practical experience deploying and managing Azure resources using Bicep templates and Desired State Configuration (DSC)
• Comfortable operating in Azure cloud environments
