Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Social Support Coordinator to enhance community well-being in Queenstown. You will identify individuals in need, connect them with services, and coordinate interventions with local agencies to deliver comprehensive, client-centered care.

You will liaise with government and NGO partners, maintain records, and contribute to improving service delivery across diverse populations in the Queenstown region.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in case management or social support coordination.
  • Knowledge of social services, welfare programs, and community resources in the Queenstown region.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and collaborate with multiple agencies.
  • Proficiency in using computers for record-keeping and communication.
