Placements24 is seeking a Social Enterprise Development Manager in Queenstown to drive the growth of sustainable social enterprises that address local challenges and create jobs. You will guide entrepreneurs, craft viable business models, and connect ventures to resources in a hybrid role combining remote strategy with on-site community engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in business-related field; a Master's is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years in business development, entrepreneurship support, or managing social enterprises.
• Solid understanding of business principles, financial management, and market analysis.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach entrepreneurs; strong networking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities and support new social enterprises in Queenstown.
• Deliver business development services, including mentorship, training, and networks.
• Help entrepreneurs develop viable business plans, financial models, and market strategies.
• Facilitate access to funding, investment and resources for social enterprises.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including government, banks, and community leaders.
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing guidance to social enterprises.
• Organize networking events, workshops, and pitching sessions.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for ventures.
