Aon Corporation in New Zealand is seeking an SME Client Executive to deliver excellent service to existing and new SME clients. You’ll manage an SME portfolio and promote services, with risk management and collaboration with the broader team to deliver tailored solutions.
You will own the end-to-end client journey, lead renewal and mid-term discussions, and work with Claims and ABS colleagues to ensure timely support.
SME Client Executive
As a key member of our regional SME team, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to existing and new clients across the SME portfolio. You’ll work collaboratively across the business, to ensure a seamless, positive client experience.
We are open for this role to be based in Whanganui or New Plymouth as a preference, however we would also consider Palmerston North as a base.
The Mahi
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality client support, owning a SME portfolio where you will promote services, conduct risk management and working alongside the wider team to deliver solutions to Aon clients.

You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, systems and detail – and who takes pride in getting things right the first time. You will ideally bring:
Skills and experience that will lead to success
A level 5 Fire and General qualifcaiton is required for this role. (Or if you are currently on the pathway to being qualified, or have qualifications in other areas of insurance we maybe able to consider your application)
