Aon in New Zealand is seeking a proactive SME Client Services professional to deliver high-quality support across the SME portfolio. You will own the client journey, work with Claims and ABS teams, and promote services to existing and new clients, with a focus on accurate, timely advice.
Based in Whanganui or New Plymouth (Palmerston North also possible), this hybrid role offers health insurance, income protection, and an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and client outcomes
As a key member of our regional SME team, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to existing and new clients across the SME portfolio. You’ll work collaboratively across the business, to ensure a seamless, positive client experience.
We are open for this role to be based in Whanganui or New Plymouth as a preference, however we would also consider Palmerston North as a base.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality client support, owning a SME portfolio where you will promote services, conduct risk management and working alongside the wider team to deliver solutions to Aon clients.
You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, systems and detail - and who takes pride in getting things right the first time. You will ideally bring:
A level 5 Fire and General qualification is required for this role. (Or if you are currently on the pathway to being qualified, or have qualifications in other areas of insurance we maybe able to consider your application)
