Aon is seeking a proactive client service professional for our Hawkes Bay SME team, responsible for delivering excellent service to existing and new clients across the SME portfolio. You will collaborate with Claims and ABS colleagues to ensure smooth, timely support and drive high-quality client experiences across the region.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end client journey, lead renewal discussions, and contribute to client planning with Client Directors.
As a key member of our regional SME team, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to existing and new clients across the SME portfolio. You’ll work collaboratively across the business, to ensure a seamless, positive client experience.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality client support, owning a SME portfolio where you will promote services, conduct risk management and working alongside the wider team to deliver solutions to Aon clients.
We are open for this role to be based in our Hawkes Bay region - Gisborne, Hastings or Waipukurau.
You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, systems and detail – and who takes pride in getting things right the first time. You will ideally bring:
A level 5 Fire and General qualification is required for this role. (Or if you are currently on the pathway to being qualified, or have qualifications in other areas of insurance we maybe able to consider your application)
