EdenSleep is the New Zealand branch of ResMed, seeking a Team Leader to guide a small, passionate team and help sleep health customers across New Zealand. You will coach performance, drive exceptional service, and contribute to regional growth while upholding high quality care.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll lead by example in customer-focused activities, clinic maintenance, and stakeholder communication, delivering reliable solutions for patients and partners alike.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing performance, training and development of a team.
• Experience in retail, sales, customer service or healthcare.
• Ability to recruit and motivate a team and lead through change.
• Calm under pressure with strong customer service focus.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Training and coaching skills to achieve sales budgets.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn computer systems.
• Healthcare or pharmacy background is highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Motivate and develop the team to achieve sleep health outcomes.
• Report to the National Sales Manager and maintain high service standards.
• Drive revenue and support business growth and market reputation.
• Coach and supervise team performance and talent development.
• Foster a collaborative, compassionate customer experience.
• Manage clinic upkeep, stock, and equipment handling as needed.
• Coordinate client follow-ups and prepare reports.
