Job summary

ALH Auckland is currently recruiting finishing carpenters for ongoing residential and commercial builds in North Auckland. Join a growing team with consistent work and strong support from a dedicated crew.

You will measure, cut, shape and install timber and other materials, construct frameworks, read blueprints, and ensure quality and safety on site in line with NZ building codes. Applicants should have solid site experience and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Solid experience across residential and/or commercial construction sites.
• Sitesafe, EWP and Working at Heights are a bonus.
• Ability to read and interpret plans.

ALH is currently seeking several skilled finishing carpenters to assist with a range of large and small-scale residential and commercial builds in North Auckland. Join our growing team with consistent work and strong support!

What you could be doing:

• Measure, cut, shape, and install timber and other materials with precision


• Construct, install and repair frameworks, flooring, doors, windows and ceilings


• Read and interpret plans, blueprints and drawings accurately


• Uphold strict quality and safety standards on site


• Ensure all work meets NZ building codes and regulations


• Liaise with clients when needed and provide great service


• Assist with site prep and cleanup


• Work collaboratively with other trades on-site

Benefits:

• $33 – $39 per hour-Weekly pay!
