Job summary

ALH Auckland is seeking reliable Construction Workers to join our team across multiple sites in Auckland. You’ll support site teams on a range of commercial and residential projects, with ongoing and long-term work opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting tradespeople, moving and setting up tools, site clean-up, digging, lifting, and adhering to health and safety procedures. NZ working rights required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction projects preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Reliable, punctual and with a strong work ethic.
• Good team player and able to follow instructions.
• Must have reliable transport to sites.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and MOJ check.
• Site Safe certificate preferred; assistance provided to obtain.
• Full NZ driver’s licence preferred.
• Site Safe/Working at Heights/Confined Space/EWP tickets are a bonus.
• Must have valid NZ working rights.

ALH are on the hunt for hardworking and reliable Construction Workers to join our team across multiple sites in Auckland.

You’ll work across a range of commercial and residential construction sites, supporting site teams and managers to keep projects running smoothly, with opportunities for ongoing and long-term work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors
• Moving, setting up, and packing down tools and materials
• Site clean-up and general labouring duties
• Digging, lifting, and concreting (project dependent)
• Following all health and safety procedures on site
