Job summary

Trojan Holdings seeks a diligent HR support professional to provide operational HR and administrative support year‑round for Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt. This full‑time role supports onboarding, recruitment, Dayforce, documentation and staff wellbeing.

You will maintain HR records, run reports, manage ACC administration and assist with staff return to work and leadership projects. Ski-industry experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership.
• Previous ski industry experience is essential.
• Recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, positive and energetic approach.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to influence without title.
• Facilitation and presentation skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support the continued implementation of Dayforce modules.
• Drafting and approving employment agreements and other documentation.
• Support leaders with induction, training and development programmes.
• Answer HR queries from internal crew and external parties.
• Coordinate staff events and activities throughout the year.
• Maintain HR records and Dayforce.
• Report on key HR indicators and help managers with data decisions.
• Support the HR Manager and leadership team with HR activities.
• Own staff ACC administration and support staff return to work.
• Assist HR Manager with internal people-related projects.
