Endura Mining is recruiting a Site Services Attendant to support mine site facilities operations in New Zealand. You will be responsible for cleaning offices and communal areas, laundry, airport transfers, and site set-ups, while delivering high standards of service to employees, contractors and visitors.

You will maintain signage, stock, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with HSEC requirements.

Qualifications

• Good physical fitness to perform cleaning, laundry, stock handling and general site duties.
• Able to work as part of a crew and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Commitment to safety and following site rules.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of site offices, amenities, workshops, crib rooms, and common areas.
• Perform laundry services and distribution of linen and uniforms.
• Provide airport pick-up/drop-off for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Set up site offices and facilities as required.
• Install and maintain site signage and notice boards.
• Manage stock of cleaning supplies, PPE, and site equipment.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support and data entry.
• Assist with facility inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with HSEC requirements.
• Support day-to-day operation of mine site facilities and services.

The Site Services Attendant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of mine site facilities by maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented work environments. The role includes cleaning site facilities and offices, laundry services, airport transfers, site office set-ups, signage maintenance, stock control, and ad hoc administrative support. The position plays a key role in ensuring site infrastructure, amenities, and support services are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent service to employees, contractors, and visitors.

Site Services Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of site offices, amenities, workshops, crib rooms, and common areas.
• Perform laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distribution of site linen and uniforms.
• Conduct airport pick-up and drop-off services for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Complete site office, meeting room, and facility set-ups as required.
• Install, maintain, and update site signage and notice boards.
• Conduct stocktakes and manages inventory of cleaning supplies, consumables, PPE, and site equipment.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining site registers.
• Assist with facility inspections and report maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) requirements.
• Support the efficient day-to-day operation of mine site facilities and services.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor cleaning supplies, laundry stock, consumables, PPE, and facility items to ensure site services are maintained without interruption.
• Raise maintenance requests, report facility defects, and coordinate replacement supplies in line with site procedures.
• Teamwork & Communication
• Communicate effectively with site employees, contractors, visitors, maintenance teams, and supervisors to support safe and efficient facilities operations.
• Participate in toolbox meetings, safety discussions, and incident follow-ups when requested.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that promotes safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
