Stellar Recruitment Pty is partnering with a Hawke's Bay client to recruit a QA Lead for a six-month site assignment on a major solar farm project. The role is hands-on and site-based, shaping quality assurance across civil, mechanical and electrical works.

You will establish QA frameworks, lead inspection schedules, mentor site QA teams, and ensure compliance across trades. Renewable energy project experience and strong leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven quality assurance experience in construction or heavy engineering, with demonstrated site leadership capability
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, testing protocols, and compliance documentation across multiple trades
• Experience managing quality on projects involving civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
• Ability to lead and mentor QA teams, establish inspection schedules, and drive compliance across site
• Familiarity with renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous
