Unknown company is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead a busy manufacturing site in New Zealand. The role reports to the NZ Operations Manager and oversees the Manufacturing Manager, driving production performance, KPIs, and site standards.

You will stay close to operations, solve problems quickly, and support major projects with clear career progression opportunities.

We’re partnering with an established New Zealand business to appoint a Site Operations Manager to lead their manufacturing site.

Reporting to the NZ Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the Manufacturing Manager and take responsibility for production performance, KPIs, resourcing, site standards, maintenance and continuous improvement.

You’ll be a visible leader who stays close to the operation, solves problems quickly and keeps production moving. You’ll also support key projects and have the genuine opportunity for career progression in the near future.

Hours

Monday–Friday, generally 6.00am–2.30pm, with some flexibility.
