Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Site Manager (Commercial).
• Exceptional planning and co-ordination ability.
• High attention to detail.
• Must work well within a team and have a positive ‘Can do’ attitude.
• Thorough understanding of commercial construction techniques and standards.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate resources onsite to construct works accurately per the drawings and specification.
• Review Drawings and Specifications to ensure buildability of works prior to works starting.
• Working through design issues with the project team, contractors, clients and consultants.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
• Site set up and close up.
• Supervision of all activities on site
• Accurately reporting progress to internal managers.
• Running subcontractor meetings.
• Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation of site reports
• Managing Health and Safety on site (with support from company HSE manager)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you looking for a role where you get to work on a variety of projects, where your innovative ideas and suggestions are appreciated?
