Job summary

Air Liquide New Zealand is seeking a Facility Manager in Christchurch to lead safety, reliability, and continuous production across the ASU. You will connect site teams with remote planning, driving high performance and dependable operations in a critical industrial gas environment.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial gas operations leadership or equivalent, with a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in management within industrial gases or similar operations.
• Knowledge of WHS and regulatory obligations.
• Ability to mentor and develop site team competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and reliability for the ASU and continuous production.
• Drive plant efficiency improvements and reliability programs.
• Ensure notifiable incidents reporting and training entitlements for safety reps.
