- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with relevant regulations.
Aufgaben
- Lead safety leadership across site operations.
- Oversee safe, reliable operation of the ASU (Air Separation Unit).
- Coordinate with Primary Production support and planning teams.
- Develop and implement plant efficiency and reliability improvement programs.
- Ensure HSEQ compliance including incident reporting and training entitlements.
- Lead site management reviews and implement the regional roadmap.
- Mentor and qualify the site team through on-the-job training and learning platforms.
- Coordinate maintenance and regulatory liaison to ensure uninterrupted supply.
