Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions is seeking Site Engineers to contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio across Residential, Industrial, Health, and Community sectors. The role emphasizes project coordination, design collaboration, and rigorous safety practices on-site in Auckland.

You will work with our teams to uphold quality, schedule, and safety standards while engaging with subcontractors and project engineers to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Proven experience in mid to large scale building construction projects.
• Competent technical skills with the ability to problem solve, demonstrate initiative and collaborate.

• Support Project & Site Management: assist with project coordination and subcontractor management.
• Design Management: collaborate with project engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input.
• Program Preparation & Administration: help develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Site-Based Execution: assist in quality assurance and environmental controls on-site.
• Health & Safety Advocacy: support health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance.

The Role:

We are seeking Site Engineers to contribute to the successful delivery of our diverse project portfolio in Residential, Industrial, Health, and Community across Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project & Site Management: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management, supporting on-time completion and quality adherence.
• Design Management: Collaborate with project engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases.
• Program Preparation & Administration: Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules, supporting effective program management and delivery.
• Site-Based Execution: Assist in quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress to Project Engineers.
• Health & Safety Advocacy: Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
