Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a Project Manager for high-end residential projects in the Wiltshire to Bristol area. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality targets are met.

The role requires a hands-on, site-focused leader with excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills, able to travel along the M4 corridor and maintain premium workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong background in high-end residential construction.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Good commercial awareness and programme management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel along the M4 corridor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-end residential projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and progress reports.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Ensure health and safety procedures on site.
• Monitor costs and manage variations for commercial control.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues to minimise delays.
• Oversee inspections, snagging and handover to ensure quality.
