Job summary

Madison Recruitment in Auckland is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage a warm desk spanning project management, property and facilities, asset management, supply chain, construction and infrastructure.

You will leverage an established client base, pursue business development and relationships, and deliver revenue targets with exceptional service to candidates and clients. This role offers flexibility and opportunities across NZ’s market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ current recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services portfolio.
• Demonstrates strong emotional and rational intelligence.
• Builds trusted relationships and communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Thrives working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Values delivering a high-quality and authentic experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery across construction, infrastructure and operations sectors.
• Manage a warm Auckland desk with existing client relationships and live roles.
• Develop new business, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional service to candidates and clients to build reputation and repeat business.
