Retailworld Resourcing is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Platform Specialist to manage and evolve its Shopify environment. You’ll bridge Shopify development and ecommerce operations, making front-end changes and taking ownership of platform administration, apps, integrations, testing and ongoing improvements.

You’ll work with ecommerce, marketing, CRM and technology stakeholders as well as external partners to keep stores performing reliably and to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Shopify experience in a retail/ecommerce environment.
• Experience administering themes, apps, settings and supporting services.
• Strong frontend skills across Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting Shopify apps.
• Exposure to ecommerce integrations and supporting technologies.
• Understanding of conversion optimisation, analytics, technical SEO and site performance.
• Experience with QA, regression testing and UAT.
• Good understanding of the ecommerce customer journey and online retail trading.

Responsabilités

• Manage and improve Shopify stores, themes, settings and apps.
• Front-end development across landing pages, templates, components and site functionality.
• Work with Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Implement and troubleshoot Shopify apps and integrations.
• Review apps and opportunities to improve performance or cost.
• Coordinate priorities with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Prepare briefs and acceptance criteria for external development work.
• Perform functional, regression and UAT testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes.
• Support promotions, campaigns and live trading activities.
• Maintain documentation around apps, integrations and processes.
