Job summary

Mojo Coffee at Wellington Airport is looking for a reliable Duty Manager to support daily operations during peak trading times. This hands-on role requires a current Duty Managers Certificate, calmness under pressure, and a willingness to take responsibility across a 7 day roster.

You will ensure compliance with our alcohol licence and the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, with perks including staff discounts, free parking, team events and lots of coffee.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Duty Managers Certificate - essential.
• Calm, organised and confident under pressure.
• Enjoys taking responsibility during a shift.
• Available across a 7 day roster.
