Job summary

You will guide the fabrication team, manage scheduling, and coordinate with suppliers and clients to meet project goals.

The role requires hands-on sheetmetal fabrication experience, proven supervisory capability, and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven background and hands-on experience in sheetmetal fabrication.
• Experience in a Workshop Manager, Foreman, or Supervisory role is essential.
• Experience in job pricing and estimating is highly beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the workshop fabrication team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Sheetmetal Workshop Foremanto lead workshop operations for an established business based in Tauranga. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day workshop activities, ensure job production runs smoothly and safely, manage team workflows, and maintain high standards of quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the workshop fabrication team.
• Manage daily production schedules and job allocation to ensure deadlines are met.
