Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Workshop Foreman in Tauranga to lead day-to-day workshop operations, oversee production, manage a team, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. The role offers hands-on leadership in a well‑established business.

You will drive production efficiency, coordinate workflow, and contribute to job costing and pricing while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal management. Tauranga-based with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven background in sheetmetal fabrication.
• Experience in a Workshop Manager/Foreman/Supervisory role is essential.
• Experience in job pricing and estimating is highly beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the workshop fabrication team.
