Job summary

Manawatu & TRC Toyota in Whanganui is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a skilled team of technicians, apprentices, and service advisors. You will drive service excellence, optimise bookings, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with a strong leadership group to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will come from a Senior Technician, Foreman, or Service Manager background, with proven leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for developing others while

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day service operations and scheduling.

  • Mentor technicians, apprentices and service advisors.
  • Coordinate with parts and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences at every visit.

  • Automotive Service Technician and Mechanic

Manawatu & TRC Toyota is looking for our next Service Manager in Whanganui.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Technician, Workshop Foreman or current Service Manager who is ready to lead a focused service department within one of New Zealand's progressive Toyota groups.

You'll take the reins of an established team of skilled technicians, apprentices, and service advisors supported by a strong leadership team and the country's number one vehicle brand.

  • Positive, 'one team' interactions with our Parts and Sales teams
  • Being dedicated to ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience each time they visit us
  • Accountability for the Service department budgets, profits and KPI's
