Job summary

The Warehouse Group are seeking a part-time Service Desk Team Member at our Dargaville store. You will be stationed at the in-store service desk, helping customers with inquiries, processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers, and supporting the Checkout area to keep transactions smooth.

You will also assist the Loss Prevention team and help ensure store safety while working as part of a team with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on your feet for long

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries and providing advice to processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers
• Support Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring safety of our store
• Help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed, making sure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently

Hours of work are:

• Tuesday to Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice to processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers. You'll also support our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store. Also, you'll be able to help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed, making sure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
