One New Zealand is transforming into the most AI-enabled telco in the region, seeking a seasoned Service Management leader. You will own the strategy, operating model, and governance for our Enterprise and Government portfolio, driving superior customer outcomes and end-to-end accountability.

You will lead a national delivery team, shape commercial performance, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technology to advance value-led service management initiatives.

Formación

• Proven senior leadership experience in telecoms ICT or managed services.
• Deep expertise in Service Management and ITIL, with governance and operating-model experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including revenue, margin and cost-to-serve.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Service Management strategy, operating model, standards and governance across Enterprise and Government customer portfolio.
• Drive consistent, high-quality customer outcomes, ensuring service performance and risk management.
• Lead and develop a national Service Delivery team with clear accountability for results.
• Own the practice’s commercial performance, including revenue, margin, cost-to-serve, forecasting and growth.
• Partner with Sales and account teams to protect existing business, support renewals and grow value-led opportunities.
• Strengthen service assurance and continuous improvement using customer insights and service data.
• Shape the future of Service Management using ITIL, data, AI and automation for proactive services.
• Act as the senior Service Management authority and customer advocate across Product, Tech, Operations, Delivery.
