Job summary

Ballance Agri-Nutrients, Gore, is seeking an Operator for a permanent role based in Gore. The successful candidate will operate forklift and loader equipment, comply with health and safety standards, and contribute to efficient site operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re currently looking for an Operator based in Gore.

• Forklift experienced required, loader license a bonus, but the right candidate will be trained into obtaining Class 2 loader.
• Clear understanding of health and Safety
• People skills and a forward-thinking attitude required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

• #1 Safety, it will be our joint responsibility to ensure that both you, your fellow staff and our Partners / Customers get home safely every night.
• Serving and processing customer orders (Computer Stuff).
• Loader and forklift operation.
• Involvement in the sites safely and efficiently (Maximising your time on site to learn, load vehicles and look after all people on site).

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be most suited to the role if you have:

• A valid full Drivers Licence.
• Good communication skills with the ability to relate well to others.
• Reasonable computer skills are required with training provided for our in-house systems.
• Proactive attitude to health, safety and environmental management.
