Knowledge of regulatory requirements and union agreements in aviation.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects identifying productivity opportunities across workforces.
Work in squads to implement changes with minimal operational disruption and risk management.
Provide expert advice on best practices and trends in airline workforce management.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to build clear business cases for workforce initiatives.
Develop and present reports to leadership outlining impact on performance and profitability.
Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive change.
