Rice & Co. is seeking a Senior Web Developer Recruiter to own the full 360 recruitment desk for web development and technical roles within marketing agencies, digital studios, and in-house marketing teams.

You will source, recruit, and place senior Web Developers and related technical talent, build your own client portfolio in the marketing sector, and deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences in a supportive, specialist environment.

Qualifications

• Senior recruitment experience with a proven track record in web development or technical roles.
• Strong alignment with tech stacks and marketing/digital environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in a small team.
