Job summary
Roco Papaz Limited is seeking a skilled Web Administrator to manage and develop our online presence and digital platforms, including our website and online ordering system. This permanent role provides 30 hours per week and requires solid IT and web maintenance skills along with content updates and analytics.
The successful candidate will have a Level 4 certificate or higher in IT/Web or at least two years of relevant experience, with knowledge of front-end web technologies and online security
Qualifications
- Must have Level 4 certificate or higher in IT, Web Development or a related field, or 2+ years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of website administration, front-end technologies, and analytics.
- Experience with online ordering platforms and SEO is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website and online ordering platform.
- Update website content, menus, pricing, promotions and other online information.
- Monitor performance, security, backups and software updates for the website.
- Identify and resolve website issues and liaise with external IT/service providers.
- Improve SEO and monitor website traffic and online sales.
- Prepare reports on website performance and assist with digital campaigns.
