Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Manufacturing to join a fully remote team, managing recruitment for clients across New Zealand's industrial locations. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, build client relationships, conduct skills-based interviews and reference checks, and advise on market trends and salaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operations recruitment.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for technical and operational roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and related skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and operations roles, including skilled trades, engineers, and management positions.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent in the industrial sector, both locally and nationally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients, understanding their production needs and company culture.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills-based interviews and reference checks.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary expectations, and recruitment best practices for manufacturing roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
