Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Wastewater Planning Delivery function and its project managers.
• Translate Watercare's strategic objectives into clear portfolio priorities.
• Own the definition, feasibility and transition of water infrastructure projects into design and delivery.
• Drive robust option assessments and business cases for cost, schedule and risk.
• Manage portfolio performance across scope, budgets, forecasts and risks.
• Provide strategic advice on investment choices and delivery implications.
• Lead governance, change control and project management disciplines.
• Direct the use of consultants and partners while growing internal capability.
• Interface with planning, delivery, operations, consenting and finance.
