Job summary

Bayonet in Tauranga requires a motivated warehouse professional for a hands-on 2IC role. You will support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, driving DIFOT performance and stock accuracy while processing goods from manufacturing to dispatch.

Key tasks include picking, packing, loading/unloading trucks, coordinating daily workloads and coaching the team. Applicants should have Class 1 license, forklift cert, and MYOB EXO experience.

Qualifications

• Must have current Class 1 Drivers Licence.
• OSH Forklift certificate with F endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in achieving DIFOT targets.
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control.
• Process finished goods from manufacturing through to customer dispatch.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate warehouse workloads and daily operational priorities.
• Unload and load inbound and outbound trucks and containers.
• Train, coach and support the wider warehouse team.
• Maintain safety, quality, MPI and compliance standards.
