• Previous experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or 2IC.
• Strong understanding of inventory, warehousing, pick, pack, and dispatch functions.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Current Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences and experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and devanning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused.

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / 2IC to join a busy Mangere-based operation. This is a hands-on role managing a small team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day warehouse functions. For the right person, this opportunity can lead to a permanent position.

About the Role

As the Warehouse Supervisor / 2IC, you'll support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading a small team, and ensuring warehouse activities run efficiently and safely.
