Jacobs in Auckland is seeking a seasoned Principal Design Manager to shape major transport projects across roads, rail and bus rapid transit. You will blend strategy, delivery and client leadership to drive outcomes for New Zealand's thriving cities and resilient infrastructure.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, mentor colleagues and strengthen client relationships while representing Jacobs at industry events.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading transport infrastructure engineering and design management.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major transportation projects spanning roads, highways, rail and bus rapid transit.
• Mentor and coach multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Strengthen key client relationships and represent Jacobs at industry events.
• Collaborate with commercial, project management and technical leaders to position Jacobs for success.
