Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead delivery of major data centre projects from design development to construction support. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, driving outcomes, governance and commercial performance across complex, mission-critical initiatives.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes stakeholder management, design development, procurement, constructability and execution, with a flexible hybrid working policy across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data centre projects across design and construction.
• Experience with complex building or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to work with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Experience with design development, procurement and constructability.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, PM or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data centre projects through design, procurement and construction.
• Interface between clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Drive performance in scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
