Qualifications

• Experience delivering data centre projects across design and construction.
• Experience with complex building or mission-critical projects.
• Ability to work directly with clients, contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, PM or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with hands-on delivery approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major data centre and mission-critical projects through design, procurement and construction.
• Interface between clients, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Drive performance across scope, programme, budget, risk and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support design development and constructability reviews.
• Provide commercial oversight and drive business growth through client engagement.
• Mentor and support project teams and foster delivery-focused culture.
