Job summary

RWA People is seeking an experienced TOSCA Automation Tester to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will design and automate complex functional scenarios within banking or insurance environments, leveraging enterprise-grade testing practices.

You will design, automate, execute and maintain end-to-end tests, collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level software testing experience in banking or insurance environments.
• Hands-on TOSCA automation testing.
• Automating complex business workflows and functional scenarios.
• Understanding of test design, lifecycle and QA practices.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional Agile or hybrid delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using TOSCA.
• Automate complex end-to-end functional scenarios across enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers and QA to define test strategies.
• Execute automated test suites and analyse results to identify defects.
• Maintain and improve the automation framework and assets.
• Participate in test planning, defect triage and continuous improvement.
• Support integration, regression and system testing across environments.
