ASB Bank is seeking an Enterprise Test Lead to drive testing across large-scale payment platforms within the Payments Tribe. You will lead squads, shape test strategies, and ensure end-to-end quality in complex environments while mentoring teams and aligning with stakeholders.

You'll work in an agile, cross-functional setup, building automation and non‑functional testing approaches, and reporting on test status, risks and progress across programmes to enable secure, performant payment

Qualifications

• Proven testing leadership across large or complex projects or programmes.
• Experience with functional, system, integration, API, end-to-end, automation and performance testing.
• Ability to manage and coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple squads and systems.
• Experience with test estimating, negotiating and prioritising work.
• Mentoring and guiding on testing standards and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Create agile testing strategies and plans.
• Foster proactive and continuous improvements within the testing community.
• Work with key stakeholders for end‑to‑end testing and obtaining sign‑off.
• Build and support test automation.
• Build and support performance testing.
• Review requirements and specifications.
• Verifying and validating functionality being developed.
• Analysing and reporting test results.
• Lead testing within large programmes and report status.
