Fluid Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Associate for a leading New Zealand law firm with a renowned Technology and Digital practice. You will advise on technology procurement, licensing, and privacy, while supporting corporate and M&A teams on telecom transactions.

The role offers exposure to complex, high-value matters and the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients in a dynamic sector at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in technology or TMT matters.
• Strong client management and advisory capabilities.
• Experience advising on procurement, licensing, privacy and cyber.
• Familiarity with regulatory and commercial issues in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and suppliers across technology, digital infrastructure and media transactions.
• Collaborate with corporate/M&A teams on technology and telecom deals.
• Contribute to high-value, market-leading matters for sophisticated clients.
