Job summary

IDEXX Veterinary Software in Auckland is seeking a Product Manager to own the performance, reliability, and scalability of the ezyVet platform, shaping the experience for veterinary practices worldwide.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and enterprise customers to drive API initiatives and a modern, fast integration ecosystem, turning feedback and operations data into clear product opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SaaS products, especially in platform, infrastructure, or technical environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, reliability, and stability of the ezyVet platform.
• Drive API and integration initiatives and roadmap.
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand challenges and priorities.
