Beca’s Applied Technology team in Wellington seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to deliver complex, mission-critical systems across defence, aviation, maritime and other regulated sectors. You will work across software, hardware, people and processes, collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to apply structured systems engineering and training solutions.

Eligibility for NZDF/National Security Clearance is required, with emphasis on health and safety compliance and flexible working

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll work across software, hardware, people, and processes to develop solutions that solve real-world challenges.Based in Wellington, you'll contribute to projects spanning systems engineering, training systems, intelligence, security, communications, and information systems. Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you'll apply a structured approach to deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic environments.We're looking for someone who is process-driven, client-focused, and experienced working within contractual frameworks and performance measures.
