Qualifications

Degree-qualified Structural Engineer with 4+ years' experience.
Strong technical expertise in design.
Proven experience leading projects independently and mentoring juniors.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Team player who leads by example.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality structural design outcomes for a range of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Collaborate with clients to build trusted, long-term partnerships and mentor junior staff.
Engage with the team to share expertise and support junior engineers.
